Dr. Bloch has been providing excellent dental care since 1990. He earned his undergraduate degree and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Bloch is a member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association and the Central Wisconsin Dental Society. He and his wife, Mary, have three grown children. He is an avid golfer who also enjoys fishing, hunting, camping and biking.
Dr. Nathan Krueger is originally from Yuma, Arizona. He received his undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University and later completed his doctorate at Midwestern University – Glendale.
Outside of the office, Dr. Krueger enjoys hiking, traveling, reading and spending time with his wife, Brittany, and family.
He prides himself on his ability to provide patients with comfortable and quality care.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
We recognize that you may have an emergency situation arise and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. If you do have such a problem, please call us as early in the day as possible. If the problem arises when the office is closed, our voicemail will direct you to call the doctor at their home.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. We will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full.
